Some useful tips when Buying Pig's ears.

1. Ask the retailer where they are sourced from.
2. Make sure the ears you're buying are well smoked.
3. They should be almost golden brown in colour (as per the photo's on our site)
4. They should feel smooth to touch not oily.
5. They should have a strong smokey smell.
6. If they smell like off meat then they have not been smoked correctly and should not be fed.

If you can smell the difference so will your dog.
