Royal Canin Maxi Adult 5+ is an exceptionally tasty dry food in ideally sized mouthfuls, with a high proportion of animal protein (chicken, turkey, fish, casein, egg). High levels of vitamins C and E help prevent premature ageing, while the low phosphorus content avoids straining the kidneys and high fibre levels facilitiate the digestive functions. Royal Canin Adult 5+ is enriched with borage oil, for a thick, shiny coat.

Maintaining healthy joint cartilage and optimal digestive function are top concerns for maturing large breed dogs. A diet with glucosamine hydrochloride and chondroitin sulfate, Vitamin E, Vitamin C and an optimal amino-acid profile will help maintain large breed mature dogs health and vitality. It is important that their diet be fortified with chicory extracts to help maintain optimal digestive function resulting in small, firm stools.
